In the winter semester, we ask six professors from the Department of Mathematics what fascinates them about their field and why they find mathematics beautiful.

In the current episode, Prof. Jörn Behrens explains why mathematics is a fascinating language.

Kommt man mit Mathematikerinnen und Mathematikern ins Gespräch und fragt sie, was sie an der Mathematik so fasziniert, kommen viele ins Schwärmen und antworten unisono: Mathematik sei klar, schön und ästhetisch!

Im Wintersemester fragen wir sechs Professorinnen und Professoren des Fachbereichs Mathematik, was sie persönlich an der Mathematik fasziniert und was sie an ihr schön finden. Jeden Monat gibt es ein neues Video, das ihre individuelle Sicht auf die Mathematik und ihre Faszination zeigt.
