Dieser Vortrag wurde im KunterBuntenSeminar der Fachschaft Informatik gehalten.

"Was zur Hölle habe ich gestern Nacht eigentlich gemacht? Nichts funktioniert mehr."

Um solche Vorfälle in Zukunft zu vermeiden sollte man zwei Dinge tun: Nicht mehr alkoholisiert programmieren und/oder ein Versionskontrollsystem benutzen.

Dieses KBS gibt eine Einführung in Versionskontrolle. Vorkenntnisse werden nicht benötigt, wenn ihr also nicht wisst was ein Repository ist seid ihr genau richtig. Die grundliegenden Operationen die für die tägliche Arbeit nötig sind werden vorgestellt und teilweise vorgeführt. Wir werden live ein Repository anlegen, Code einchecken, auschecken und je nach Zeit auch Branchen, Mergen und was sich halt ergibt. Und bei den Remote Repositories gibt es dann sogar Live technische Probleme.

Praktisch vorgeführt wird aufgrund von persönlichen Präferenzen des Vortragenden mithilfe von git.
