Aneta Górnicka-Boratyńska, polnische Schriftstellerin, Journalistin und Literaturkritekerin wurde 1971 in Warschau geboren. Sie promovierte an der Warschauer Universität und war dort mehrere Jahre als Dozentin tätig.

Sie ist Verfaserin zahlreicher wissenschaftlicher Publikationen, in denen sie sich u.a. mit der feministischen Kritik und der Geschichte der polnischen Emanzipation auseinandersetzt. Zu ihren Werken gehören: Stańmy się sobą. Cztery projekty emancypacji 1863-1939 (dt.: Lasst uns wir werden! Vier Projekte der Emanzipation 1863-1939) aus dem Jahre 2001, der 1999 erschienene Text Chcemy całego życia (dt.: Wir wollen das ganze Leben), sowie das 2011 veröffentliche Kinderbuch Zielone pomarańcze, czyli PRL dla dzieci (dt.: Grüne Orangen-eine polnische Kindheitserinnerung).

Aneta Górnicka-Boratyńska hat zudem für die Zeitschrift "Wysokie Obcasy" und die Zeitung "Gazeta Wyborcza" gearbeitet. Seit 2006 lebt die Schriftstellerin in Brüssel, wo sie als Leiterin eines gesellschaftlich-kulturellen Verbandes "Brukselski Klub Polek" fungiert.
