Lecture2Go is the central online video portal of the University of Hamburg, where you can watch, listen and download numerous recorded lectures. This site is continuously being developed and improved.

Lecture2Go is a comprehensive service for audiovisual event recording and distribution of these for university research and teaching. The system, which was developed at the 'Regionales Rechenzentrum' (RRZ) of the University of Hamburg, makes it possible to synchronously record the speaker and his presentation.

Open Access vs. closed Access

Since starting the project over 3500 video lectures have been recorded with the help of the respective faculties and e-learning offices. There are currently more than 300 lectures, which are availible to the students within opened or closed e-learning platforms. It is our intention, in the sense of "open access", to provide as many freely accessible recordings as possible to those who are interested.
